PatentSafe®, Amphora's record creation/preservation system, has been specifically designed to create and preserve evidence to be used in the defense of Patents. PatentSafe can be used in a number of configurations, one of them being as a total ELN solution for small installations.

PatentSafe is an electronic notebook and records system that replaces bound laboratory notebooks by simultaneously creating an electronically searchable database and an official record. To meet this requirement Amphora have developed a "Monthly Pricing" Option, which for a small per-user monthly fee provides:
- PatentSafe Software licenses, training, and support
- Supplies of PatentPad paper
- A server to run PatentSafe, which is supplied, installed, and supported by Amphora
The Monthly Pricing option allows companies to get started very quickly, with the minimum of expense, and no organizational disruption.
