We’d all like to believe that software “just works” but the reality of life is there are sometimes issues, or questions.

We’re particularly proud of the level of support we provide our customers; it is something we consistently receive positive feedback for.

Upgrades as you Need

Customers who take out annual Maintenance & Support, or who rent our systems, are entitled to software upgrades at no extra charge – even for major releases.

Releases happen as needed, at least once a month. We recognise that customers might not want to take upgrades at that pace but we like people to upgrade once a quarter or at least once a year, just to make sure we can give you the best service.
